PUMPKIN BARS 
2 c. sugar
16 oz. canned pumpkin
2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. raisins or nuts
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. cinnamon

Beat sugar, oil, pumpkin and eggs for 1 minute. Stir in Bisquick and cinnamon and nuts. Pour into greased cookie sheet with sides (15 x 10 x 1 inch). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Frost with cool. Makes 5 dozen.
