QUICK PINEAPPLE DESSERT 
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 (8.5 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped nuts
whipped cream

Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl; mix well. Pour into a greased 8 x 10-inch pan and sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 40 minutes. Top with whipped cream.
