BAKED CLAMS 
1 dozen clams
1 lb. shrimp
1/2 c. crab meat
1/4 lb. bacon
Olive oil
Juice of 3 lemons
Clam juice
4 lg. mushrooms, diced
1/2 stick butter
2 cloves garlic
1/2 bunch parsley
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Italian style bread crumbs to bind

Dice clams, shrimp and crab meat. Cook bacon until crisp, reserve one tablespoon of grease and add to mixture layer.

Melt together butter, garlic and parsley. Mix all ingredients together and stuff in the shells. Cook at 350 degrees until done.
