JOANN'S CLAM BAKE SPREAD 
2 cans minced clams with juice
1 stack Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. oregano
4 to 5 cloves chopped garlic
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. lemon
1 tbsp. parsley

Blend all ingredients together. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or microwave on high until hot. Serve with crackers or small party bread.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
