RIVERHEAD BAKED CLAMS ON HALF
SHELL
 
6 1/2 oz. can minced clams
1/2 c. clam juice
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. each basil, manjoram, thyme
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Few drops Worcestershire sauce
Grated cheese paprika

Drain clams, save juice. Mix butter, crumbs, seasoning and 1/2 cup clam juice. Add to clams. Spread in clam shells. Dot with butter, cheese, and paprika. Bake 10 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool slightly and serve.
