PASTA SALAD 
1 pkg. rainbow macaroni
4 stalks celery, diced
6 eggs, hard boiled, diced
1/2 c. olives, sliced
2 c. elbow macaroni
2 cans shrimp
1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream

Cook macaroni as usual and drained. Add remaining ingredients while macaroni is still warm. Season to your taste. Chill until ready to serve.
