SEAFOOD AND PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. vermicelli
1 green or red pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. chopped chives
1/4 c. Italian dressing
1 c. mayonnaise
1 lb. shrimp or crabmeat
1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
Salt and pepper to taste

Bring 4 quarts salted water to boil. Cook vermicelli until tender but firm. Place vermicelli in bowl. Add pepper (red or green), parsley, celery seed, chives, oregano, Italian dressing.

Moisten well with mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper and seafood. Toss well. Garnish with halved tomatoes.
