CHEESE CAKE 
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (2 oz.) pkg. dessert topping mix
2 c. (1 lb. 5 oz. can) cherry pie filling
1/4 tsp. almond extract

Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla, mixing until well blended. Prepare topping mix as directed. Fold into cheese mixture. Pour into crust. Combine pie filling and almond extract; top pie. Chill.
