LEMON PUDDING AND PRETZEL SALAD 
1 1/2 c. crushed pretzels
1 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
2 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix

Melt butter and add pretzels and sugar. Cook, then press into bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over pretzel crust. Top with 2 packages of lemon instant pudding mixed according to directions on box.
