BAKED CORN CASSEROLE | |
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained 1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn 1 c. sour cream 1 c. butter, melted 1 tbsp. sugar 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix 2 eggs, beaten Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and pour into buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 55 minutes or until lightly brown. Serves 15. |
