BEAN AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. each - chopped onion, sliced carrots, and celery sliced crosswise
1 clove minced garlic
2 tbsp. oil
8-10 oz. Polish Kielbasa sausage, sliced crosswise
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
3 1/3 c. drained, cooked or canned Great Northern or baby lima beans
1/2 tsp. each thyme and salt
