LINGUINI WITH TOMATOES & BASIL 
4 lg. tomatoes, cubed 1/4"
1 lb. Brie cheese, rind removed & torn in irregular strips
1 c. cleaned fresh basil leaves, cut in strips
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 c. olive oil
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper

Combine above ingredients and let sit at least 2 hours. Boil 1 1/2 pounds linguine until tender, drain and toss with tomato mixture. Serve at once, passing the peppermill and grated Parmesan cheese.
