TOMATO BASIL PASTA 
4 lg. tomatoes, 1/2 inch cubes
1 c. fresh basil, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. plus 1 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. Brie cheese, rine removed and pared

Combine above ingredients; mix in large bowl and let stand on kitchen counter 2 hours.

Cook 1 pound linguine pasta (el dante) and toss in tomato mixture.
