3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. olive oil
10 sun-dried tomatoes, cured in oil, chopped
1/4 c. fresh basil
1/4 c. fresh parsley
4 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper, freshly ground to taste
1/4 c. grated Parmesan
1 lb. angel hair pasta

Heat butter and oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add tomatoes, basil, parsley, and garlic. Saute for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over warm pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
