SIMPLE AND DELICIOUS BRISKET OF BEEF | |
1 brisket of beef (approximately 4 lbs.) 1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix Place brisket of beef on large piece of aluminum foil. Pour soup and onion soup mix over meat and wrap tightly. Roast in baking pan at 325°F for 3 hours or until tender, basting occasionally. 8 servings. |
