SHRIMP THERMIDOR | |
1 chopped green pepper 1 chopped medium onion 2-3 tbsp. butter (for green pepper) 1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms 2-3 tbsp. flour 2-3 tbsp. butter (for mushrooms) 1 lb. cooked med. shrimp 1 can mushroom soup 1 c. uncooked rice Saute chopped green pepper and chopped onion in butter in large skillet. Add two to three tablespoons of flour. Mix well. Add some cold water and stir to make a thick paste. Add a can of mushroom soup. Saute sliced raw mushrooms in butter. Add mushrooms and shrimp to skillet. Mix thoroughly and heat well. Serve over cooked rice. Serves 3 to 4. |
