SPICY MOCHA MIX 
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. freezed dry coffee
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Mocha mix - decrease cocoa to 2 tablespoons and omit spices.

Place all ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend on high speed 15 seconds, stir. Cover and blend until completely mixed. Store in tightly covered container. For each serving, place 2 or 3 teaspoons in a cup. Fill with boiling water and top with whip cream if desired. About 1 cup mix.
