CHILI RELLENOS CASSEROLE 
1 (7 oz.) can whole Ortega green chilies
2 c. grated Jack cheese
2 eggs
1 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste
1 (7 oz.) can Ortega green chili salsa

Slit chilies lengthwise on one side and open flat. Remove seeds. Divide 1 1/2 cups of cheese evenly among chilies and place on center chilies. Roll up each chili starting at pointed end. Place rolls seam side down side by side in greased 9"x5"x3" loaf pan. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over chilies and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until puffed, brown and firm. Heat salsa and spoon over chilies as desired when serving.
