JELLO CAKE 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 fresh egg, beaten well

Add:

1 (18 oz.) tub Cool Whip

Mix well.

PART 2:
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 (10 oz.) cans Maraschino cherries, cut in sm. pieces

Add:

1 sm. bag pecans, cut in sm. pieces

Take juice form pineapple and cherries. Use as liquid for 2 packages strawberry Jello. Use 2 cups water, 2 cups juice. Let congeal. Line a dish, 12 x 8, with graham crackers. Mix Parts 1 and 2 together. Pour over crackers. Cover top with graham crackers. Pour Jello on top.
