NO-COOK NOODLE LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) can tomato puree
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
9 lasagne noodles, uncooked
12 oz. cottage cheese
3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Brown and drain beef. Add tomato puree, stewed tomatoes and seasoning. Simmer 10 minutes. Cover bottom of an oiled 9"x13" pan with a small amount of sauce. Add layers of noodles (3 noodles for each layer) cottage cheese and Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers (sauce, noodles, cheeses). Cover with foil. Set pan in jelly roll pan since it drips. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
