NO-BOIL NOODLE LASAGNE 
2 lb. ground beef
4 cups spaghetti sauce
Ricotta or cottage cheese
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese

Brown ground beef; drain grease. Add to spaghetti sauce (homemade is the best) and cook in the microwave for 10 minutes (be sure to cover while cooking).

In a 13x9-inch pan cover bottom with sauce mix. Spread Ricotta or cottage cheese on dry lasagna noodles and cover sauce layer. Sprinkle 1 cup Mozzarella cheese over noodles. Repeat process for second layer.

Cover second layer with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil and seal edges tightly (this creates the steam that cooks the noodles as the lasagna bakes).

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
