HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. onion
1 can cream of chicken soup (or celery soup)
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. grated American cheese

Mix ingredients above and put in greased casserole dish. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Frozen broccoli can also be added to dish.
