DUTCH APPLE DESSERT 
5 med. apples, cored, sliced
1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. cold butter
1 1/2 c. biscuit baking mix
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In bowl, combine apples, cinnamon, milk. In large bowl 1/2 cup butter into 1 cup of biscuit mix until crumbly. Stir in apple mixture. Pour into greased 9 inch square baking pan.

In small bowl, combine remaining 1/2 cup of biscuit mix and sugar. Cut in remaining 2 tablespoons butter until crumbly. Add nuts, sprinkle evenly over apple mixture. Bake one hour or until golden. Serve warm.
