TETTRAZZINI 
2 c. cubed cooked turkey or chicken
3 c. boiling water or broth
1 pkg. chicken noodle soup mix
1/4 c. butter
2 lg. onions, chopped
Chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery, optional
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sliced mushrooms (or 1 can drained mushrooms)
1 1/2 c. dry macaroni, cooked
1/4 c. parsley
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

1. Cook soup in 3 cups broth.

2. Saute onion in butter; add flour, green pepper, celery and mushroom soup mixture; add cubed turkey or chicken and simmer about 5 minutes.

3. Place above mixture over cooked macaroni and sprinkle with parsley and cheeses. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
