CHILI RELLENO 
2 (4 oz.) cans whole green chilies
1/4 lb. Jack cheese slices
1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese slices
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can tomato herb sauce
2 eggs

In baking dish, layer chilies on bottom, then jack cheese, then Cheddar. Repeat layer again. Beat eggs, milk, flour and salt, then pour over top. Cook 1/2 hour at 350 degrees until light brown on top. Pour tomato sauce on top and cook for 10-15 minutes more. Let cool for 10 minutes before cutting. For a spicier flavor, add some chopped jalepeno peppers to the egg mixture.
