2 sticks butter, melted
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar

1/2 c. buttermilk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Add to saucepan mixture. Bake in 18x21 inch sheet cake pan sprayed with Pam at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Frost while still hot.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
6 tbsp. buttermilk
4 tbsp. cocoa

Boil. Add vanilla, a box of powdered sugar, nuts.
