1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
48 Hershey's Kisses

Mix above ingredients (except Hershey's Kisses) together. Shape into balls and roll in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet. Top with Hershey's Kisses immediately while still warm. Makes great peanut butter cookies even without the Hershey's Kisses.
