ZUCCHINI DESSERT 
Tastes like apple.

CRUST:

4 c. flour
3 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. sugar

Blend like for pie crust. Press 1/2 of the mixture into 9"x13" pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

FILLING:

8 c. zucchini, peeled & diced
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cook filling until tender. Pour over baked crust. Cover with remainder of crust mixture. Bake for 45 minutes more at 350 degrees.
