BUTTER CRUNCH COOKIES | |
2 sticks butter 1/2 c. sugar 44 graham crackers 1/2 c. nuts (chopped) Boil butter and sugar exactly 2 minutes. Sprinkle nuts over crackers which have been separated and lined in a foil lined pan. Pour butter and sugar over crackers. Bake for 10 minutes in 350 degree oven. Check often to be sure they don't overcook, as ovens do vary. Tastes like peanut brittle. |
