2 bunches fresh spinach, cleaned, dried & torn
1 pt. fresh strawberries, cleaned, hulled & halved

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. poppy seed
1 1/2 tsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar

Arrange spinach and strawberries on individual serving plates. Place dressing ingredients in blender and blend until thoroughly mixed and thickened. Do not overmix. Drizzle desired amount of dressing over salad and serve immediately. Salad can also be placed in serving bowl and tossed gently with dressing.
