MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 onion, chopped
1 bag crushed Doritos or tortillas
Cheddar cheese

In iron skillet, brown hamburger and onion until done. Then add remaining ingredients except cheese. Stir well. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
