3 lb. hamburger
7 Polish sausages
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 can mushrooms
1 tsp. oregano
2 lg. cans tomato sauce
1 can water
3 tbsp. sugar
1 lg. family size pkg. wide noodles
1 c. Mozzarella cheese

Brown hamburger halfway and then add Polish sausages, sliced. Finish browning, put green pepper, onion, mushrooms, oregano, sugar, and water in tomato sauce. Boil. Cook egg noodles separate. Mix all together. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 12-15.
