1 (15 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
3 c. hot water
2 c. finely diced bread
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine Eagle Brand and water in casserole dish. Add bread and let set until lukewarm. Add rest of ingredients and bake until knife blade inserted in the center comes out clean at 350 degrees about 1 hour.
