COTTAGE CHEESE PIE 
1 1/2 lbs. lg. curd cottage cheese
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 egg (whip with fork)
Cinnamon (to taste)

Fold into the cottage cheese the egg and sugar. If the cottage cheese appears to be runny, add one (1) additional egg yolk. Pour into unbaked pie shell (either store bought or your own), sprinkle with the cinnamon. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 45 minutes. Cool.
