COTTAGE CHEESE PIE 
1 (24 oz.) carton sm. curd cottage cheese
3 tbsp. flour
3 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter
3 tbsp. whipping cream
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mash cheese with fork. Beat egg yolks and add cheese. Stir in other ingredients (except egg whites), and beat until fairly smooth. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shells. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Enough to fill 2 unbaked 9-inch pie shells. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes or until set.
