COTTAGE CHEESE PIE 
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
1/8 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mash cottage cheese with fork. Beat egg yolks and add to cheese. Stir in other ingredients and beat until smooth. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Bake about 30 minutes in a 325 oven until golden brown.
