LOW CHOLESTEROL PUMPKIN PIE 
9" unbaked pie shell
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Pinch of ground cloves
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin puree
1 1/4 c. evaporated skim milk
3 lg. egg whites

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

In large bowl, beat all filling ingredients until no lumps remain. Pour into pie shell and bake 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 50 minutes more or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
