CHICKEN CORDON BLUE 
Boneless chicken breasts, skinned
Cooked ham (lean)
Swiss cheese
Minced parsley
Garlic powder
Bread crumbs
Skim milk
Salt & pepper

Flatten chicken with mallet. Place ham slice on chicken, then cheese slice and sprinkle with seasonings. Roll up chicken; secure with a toothpick. Dip the roll in skim milk; then roll in the crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
