CHICKEN CORDON BLUE 
Chicken breasts, boned
Sliced ham
Sliced Swiss cheese
Sesame seeds
Toothpicks

Pound chicken breasts flat. Place slice of ham and Swiss cheese on each breast and roll up. Secure with toothpicks. Brown in skillet in Pam or a little vegetable oil. Place browned breasts in a baking dish that has been lightly greased to prevent sticking. Sprinkle on sesame seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
