MOUNTAIN DEW CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant coconut cream pudding
1 (10 oz.) Mountain Dew pop
4 eggs
2/3 c. oil
1 sm. can pineapple, crushed
2 tbsp. heaping flour
1 c. coconut
1 stick butter

Mix thoroughly yellow cake mix, instant coconut cream pudding, Mountain Dew pop, eggs and oil. Put in 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool, then frost. Mix crushed pineapple and flour in saucepan, cook until thick. then add 1 cup coconut and 1 stick butter. Cook until ready to spread consistency. Frost on Mountain Dew Cake.
