MOLDED GELATIN SALAD 
1 pkg. lime gelatin
1 1/2 c. hot water
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
8 oz. carton cottage cheese
1/2 c. chopped celery
7 oz. can tuna, drained
3 tbsp. chopped onion
2 or 3 diced radishes
1/4 c. mayonnaise

Dissolve gelatin in hot water; stir in vinegar and salt. Chill until thick. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into ring mold. Chill until firm.
