BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP 
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 lg. onion
1 c. water
1/2 c. light cream
1 1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. flour
2 chicken bouillon (cubes)
1/2 lb. Velveeta (cut into 1/2 - 1 inch cubes)

Cook onion and broccoli in water - DON'T DRAIN. Mix milk, cheese, bouillon and flour in blender on grind. Add onion and broccoli to blended mixture. Add cream. Cook (simmer) until thickened. Serves 4 - may be multiplied.
