1 1/2 qts. water
Broccoli
3/4 c. chopped onion
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Accent
2 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. shredded American cheese
1 c. milk
1 c. cream
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. cold water
1/4 c. butter

Bring water to boil. Add broccoli and onion. Boil 10 to 12 minutes. Add seasonings and cheese. Stir until cheese melts. Add flour to water. Add milk and cream. Add to broccoli. Mix. Stir until creamy. Add butter.
