BEEF SALAMI 
5 lbs. ground beef or hamburger
5 rounded tsp. "Morton's Quick Tender Salt"
2 1/2 tbsp. mustard seed (ground)
2 tbsp. pepper
2 1/2 tbsp. garlic salt (or powder)
1 tsp. hickory smoke salt (or liquid)

Mix together well and cover to refrigerate. Knead well once a day, for 3 days and return to refrigerator. On the 4th day mix again and shape into rolls. Place on a large flat pan or sheet and bake at 150 degrees for 10 hours.
