HAMBURGER SALAMI 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. water
2 tbsp. Morton's tenderquick salt
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder

Mix all together. Divide into 2 rolls, wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Take off plastic wrap, place in a baking pan with a rack. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Turn the loaves over. Bake another 30 minutes at 300 degrees.
