HAMBURGER SALAMI 
5 lbs. hamburger
5 tsp. Morton's quick salt
2 1/2 tsp. mustard seed
2 tsp. hickory salt
1 tbsp. pepper
2 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

Knead until mixed. Put in refrigerator. 2nd day-knead. 3rd day-knead. 4th day-knead and form into 3 rolls. Put on rack in a pan and bake 5 hours at 200 degrees. Refrigerate or freeze.
