PUMPKIN PECAN PIE 
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1 c. light Karo syrup
1/2 c. pumpkin
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. pecans

Beat together eggs, sugar, syrup, pumpkin, salt and vanilla. Stir in butter and pecans. Pour into 9" unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool. Serve with whipped cream.
