PUMPKIN PECAN PIE 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. pumpkin
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans, chopped

Mix eggs and all other ingredients together. Pour into unbaked crust. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Serve with topping or plain.
