2 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2/3 c. Karo syrup
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 prepared pie shell

Cook sweet potatoes. Peel potatoes and mash. Add all ingredients to mashed potatoes. Blend well. Pour into pie shell. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees until center is firm.
