OATMEAL PECAN COOKIE 
2 c. butter- stick Land O Lakes
2 c. sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
5 c. blended oatmeal in food processor
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 - 4 oz chocolate chips- semi sweet
1- 8 oz. grated Hershey Bar
3 c. pecans

Blended oatmeal measure and blend in a blender to a fine powder. Cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add chocolate chips, Hershey Bar and nuts. Roll into balls and place 2 in. apart on cookie sheet.

Bake 375°F for 6 minutes.

Makes 112 cookies, recipe can be halved. Roll to size of walnuts do not press.
